Our Standard 42 certification means that these filters meets rigorous standards for safety and performance through independent third-party testing. It gives consumers confidence in the filter's ability to improve water quality and assurance that the filter is made with safe materials. Certification to ANSI/NSF standards is widely recognized by regulatory agencies and health departments, often being a prerequisite for use in public facilities.

Our certifying agency, IAPMO (International Association of Plumbing & Mechanical Officials) is a community of plumbing experts. They play a vital role in ensuring access to clean water and sanitation. Their consensus-based model code development process involves contractors, engineers, manufacturers, and researchers. They develop and enforce codes for water safety and sanitation, emphasizing that clean water is a fundamental right.  Additionally, IAPMO provides product certification, education, and quality assurance programs to product manufacturers.
