MicroDoer™ PTFE-S series polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) pleated filter cartridges provide highly efficient micronic and submicronic retention and extraordinary cleanliness. Designed specifically for the demanding needs of the micro-electronics industry, providing excellent compatibility with aggressive solvents, oxidizers, and corrosive fluids. The inherently hydrophobic PTFE membrane makes this an ideal filter for bulk gases and process air. Cartridges receive an extended duration ultra-pure water rinse to attain the lowest level of extractable substances.

Features

  • Inherently hydrophobic PTFE membrane.
  • Superior grade PTFE membrane offers the highest degree of consistent performance.
  • Superior chemical compatibility.
  • Extended duration UPW rinse assures lowest extractables

Applications

  • Chemically aggressive fluids
  • Solvents, strong acids & bases
  • Process air vents
  • Bulk gases

Product Quality

  • Each membrane filter element is individually inspected for manufacturing integrity.
  • Individual elements are tracked by serial number
  • Produced in a clean-room environment for product purity & cleanliness.
  • Manufactured within an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system
  • Certificate of Quality document is provided with each production lot.
