Leadership Team

Ed Giordano

President

Ed Giordano is President of Endoer Filtration and is based in Loveland, Colorado.

Ed began his career in the fluid filtration industry in 1981 as a product engineer with AMF-Cuno. He subsequently served in a series of management and executive roles in business development and engineering functions for Teledyne Industries, Ice Energy Inc. and Filtration Group Inc. As a consultant, Ed has provided technical and business development advisory services to 40+ clients.

His 28 US patents reflect his capabilities as an innovator of commercially successful products in potable water treatment, industrial fluid filtration, and the energy storage industries.

Bruce Hafner

Vice President of Sales

Bruce Hafner is Vice President of Sales for Endoer Filtration and is based in Newark, Delaware.

Bruce has over 40 years of experience in the fluid filtration industry beginning with AMF-Cuno, serving in various roles in production control; product sales and marketing management. Subsequently, Bruce served in a series of sales, marketing management, and executive positions with the Graver Technologies and KX Technologies divisions of the Marmon Water Group. Prior to joining Endoer, he was a senior sales executive at Shelco Filters.

Bruce brings an impressive track record of sales growth and product portfolio management. His deep knowledge of the filtration industry, collaborative mind-set, and tenacity in satisfying customer needs are highly valued attributes.
