Endoer™ E-PS-S series polysulfone (PS) pleated filter cartridges provide highly efficient micronic and submicronic retention and a high degree of cleanliness. The highly asymmetric PS membrane gives excellent permeability and particle removal at high flow rates and low pressure drop. Being hydrophilic, cartridges allow for fast and easy wetting in aqueous fluids. Cartridges are 100% inspected for manufacturing integrity.

Features

  • Durable PS and polypropylene components
  • Extreme porosity highly asymmetric membrane
  • Excellent chemical compatibility
  • Hydrophilic for easy wetting.
  • Produced under clean-room conditions for product purity

Applications

  • Aqueous chemicals in the microelectronics industry
  • Ultra-pure process water production
  • Dilute acids & bases
  • Fine chemical filtration
  • Copper & nickel plating solutions

Product Quality

  • Each filter element is inspected for compliance with requirements for manufactured cartridge integrity.
  • Individual element is tracked by serial number.
  • Manufactured within an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
  • Meets USP Biological Reactivity Test requirements of the current USP <88> for plastic class VI-121°C.

Effluent Quality

  • Non-fiber releasing; Non-pyrogenic
  • Effluent meets USP Purified Water requirements for TOC, pH, and water conductivity
